Brant Steel Products manufactures the Fleetline revolving tray ovens for all purpose baking. These ovens are heavily insulated with fibreglass so they can be installed against a wall. There is an economite gas burner, especially made for us, that ensures trouble free operation. The combustion chamber is made from 2 1/2" thick fire bricks, which hold and release the heat for an even baking process similar to that of brick ovens.

There is also a built in draft hood to keep the front of the oven cool, making it more comfortable for the baker. The ovens have a capacity of 4 - 8 trays, special sizes on request. 110 volts, 111 AMPS, single phase. All Fleetline Ovens are installed and serviced by factory trained personnel.

Brant Steel Products manufactures the Fleetline proofers that are made from prepainted aluminum and feature heavy insulated walls and reinforced roof. They have full aluminum or stainless steel fronts, front-mounted controls with easy-to-read heat and humidity controls. The proofers are available in single, double, triple and four-door models that range from 7 to 14 feet deep. Complete with water steam box and electrical controls (220 volts, 40 Amps, single phase).
